The best thing ever happened in ma college lyf…every1 has deir own way of viewin things…so experiences r different for each one eventhou d situations are similar..n writing abt d tour!!i was on cloud nine wen I came to knw about it!!may b b’coz v al had no hope of a batch tour to occur…after all dose melodramas !!! (:-o ) yup…atlast v accepted dat it ws authentic…you may not even think abt a tour during d universities!!but v had to..(b’coz it doesn’t happen always in tmc.).dat s once in a new moon v get chances lyk dis…
So d coordinators were busy day n nite for its success…n after an impressive brain wash…many of d girls too agreed for it…but 3-4 days ws a big thing for dem…n v wer fed up wid d reasons sum of our batch mates told!!!dey wud miss home fr dat 3 or 4 days!!(wer dey joking??its damn boring out here ,hostel ws heaven!!dese stuffs are outcome of d boredom..)infact I wasn’t so excited as v wer in 12th …dunno d reason!!but things are different here..still dese wer d only talks v had during d lab xamz in devi’s room(our usual place of d round table conferences)…
And wid much effort dey sumhow managed 2 get few faculties for our tour…but still v wer lackin parents…dis was d condition wen v left 2 our home…sum of ma friends even phoned me up and asked whether der s a tour…”yup,ofcourse dey are settling everything”dis s wot I had to say…b’coz I knw how much pain dey hv took for dese things to b done perfectly….n I’m not mentionin d names..b’coz u guys know dem better dan me…and wen atlast everything ws settled….d new news came!!!!it always happen wid our batch…der were no “circulars” wen our juniors went for a tour on 20th juz before deir seniors wud juz dream of it!!!n dat was d authorities of tmc!!!who 2 blame…dat ws d fate of 2k10…
N v wer running in short of parents…atlast v confirmed no faculties vl b accompanyin us..so tried deir best fr more parents n dey succeded..but u knw wot!!!nothin cud lessen d spirit of tmc(even d internal fights) yup..dis s a typical batch…I’m desperate to discuss about d posts in our “tmc friends”..but keeping ma mouth shut for d good..not b’coz I haven't ma views n justifications…but silence s d biggest weapon!!!i believe in dat nw(after so many incidences during ma 1st year!!hope u guys remember al dose!!!thot to share sum of dat..bt I don’t want dese notes to hurt others feelings n privacy…so not even mentioning dat!!)
I knw d introduction part is bit long…but it has to b lyk dat..since no one cud get d ful feel widout dat part!!!n wer were v..yup..d spirit…(eventhough hd to confirm personally dat dey wud cum)..yup..dat week was eventful bcoz of sachin’s sis’s marriage n reception..n dis 3 day tour…(n ofcourse ma b’day in b/n) v wer on since 20th eventhou sum of our frnds had xamz …n dat ws one day of rememberance..@ ashkara’s n liz’s home!!!u al made ma day on 20th…n 22nd was d reception…so went wid ma frnds over der..(but I missd d stay @ g3’s home dat nite badly )…n d day before d tour..i ws blank..not even a feel of an ordinary day!!
But d very next day was again on!!!!yup..everyone reached lh….n 4.30 ws d tym…eventhou v planned to start @ 6.00..(rahukalam!!)n so v had 2 wait…every1 wer in high mood…(except for d bus..v really missed sum of our frnds in d bus..)started our journey wid a prayer…den everyone started dancing to d musiq…gr8 dancers!!dunno wot al steps we did..but dat was d best…(haha v called out “lights off”,v cudnt c-atleast dat was a plus point b’coz no one wud knw)…I was expecting for a gud no. of ‘vaalu’ for maself!!!but ws surprised dat der weren’t any..not a single one!!!wot al precautions I took!!dat day d dance went on late nite…was afraid 2 b awake during d hair pins …so missed it!!kodaikkanal was our 1st destiny…n dat ws season of cold…so find it difficult to adapt soon…reached der @ 6.00 in d morning…n d accommodation in rahath inn was perfect..der ws only little tym fr us to do a fresh up…n every1 ws busy in dressing n make up’s bcoz dis day was gonna b perfect…v had to wait long for d breakfast n sum saved tym by photography…everyone was looking cool I wud say…not in d usual dress codes of tmc..der was a change!!! after much efforts by d coordinators fud ws also perfect so dat v cud save money ,tym n pain..n from der v went for d sight seeing..the pillar rocks..suicide point..had to avoid sum of d places in schedule b’coz v wer not ready to go bak widout d photo session..ramettan was in his bad mood dat he had a change in tone…but v al knw u …(evenif u dnt say)..coaker’s walk ws also worth seeing..had a great tym over der.
After d shopping n fudings v started wid cycling...dat was one of d best part of d day…but v had to split ..first it was fast race with sasi…bcoz I was much concerned abt ma safety stopped dat after a while…v wer in small groups,liz,sasi,devi n amit wer der wid me…after dat started slow race wid liz n amiti..we done our shoppin n stopped den n der for eating …ha !d boys wer so particular abt sum of d things…tried sum of d eatables…it was den velli came n told dat boats r free now wot abt boatin???”Great idea” everyone agreed @ once…n dat ws d end of our cyclin!!still v haven’t payed for d cycles!!!5km!!dunno whose idea was dat..But kept it on d way (I think it’s sasi's)but dat ws a gud idea!!Otherwise we wud hav missed d boating which v enjoyd d max!!saddest part was dat sumthing went wrong wid our boat!!so it ws difficult fr one to manage it fully alone!!luckily I exchanged d seat..so d hardship went to amit alone!!!eventhou v had to help…cud do nothing…but still v wer enjoyin amidst dis..n later our friends came wid a helping hand…der wasn’t any need fr an xtra bath dat day..dey did deir job wel…neways v wer nt ready to giv up…v had d home made chocolates…n ended dat boating!!v had to pay xtra for d tym v spend!!1 n ½ hour ws ofcrse lengthy but worthy!!!Had a small fight wid d guys over der…but d boys solved it…n off to shopping again,I think sasi did d max ..fr al his sis’s (;-) ) met al others on d way..dey too enjoyd a lot..
N dat ws d end of d day eventhou v cudn't do d much awaited campfire b’coz of d bad climate…but I think boys enjoyd it out der too eventhough girls had to wait hours for dem in d bus..its always lyk dat!!!i ws lil raised ..but it went off den itself…now its lyk dat..told na…I’m changing…so reached our room after d fud..it ws dead cold over der..no one ws ready fr even to put off d light…but cudn’t sleep as v wer sharing abt d day..eventhou our target ws 2.00am!!!kept d alarm ready but it ws d coordinators voices dat woke us…changed widin seconds….everyone was sleepin till 7.00 in d bus..was in a mood for doin sumthin!!!but every1 ws tired..tried to do sum mischief wid firoz khan’s face…tried to beautify wid d kajal ..but had 2 stop…wen v heard dat he ws awake d whole nite d day before…yup…after all atleast v shud understand deir sincierity…was desperate in doin sumthin to make every1 active!!but sum wer interestd in d films I think!!!dunno…whether dey came fr a college tour to sit quietly n watch d hit movies!!!wot an attitude!!!i hate such ppl…showing attitude..wot dey think dey r..hm…gonna stop dat discussion..i’m nt interest in hurting sum1’s feeling….n atlast v did sumthing interstin..d game session ws really gud…n d dares too…firoz khan’s jasim n rohit, ananya’s ‘navarasangal,devi’s hanuman,deir punch with Praveen n asif..everything was superub…atlast v reached hoganekkal…sabari n firoz al tld me dat dey wer nt gonna enter d so called ‘kottavanchi’…den I thot y d hell v r wasting 12 hours fr travelling to dat place !!!but our seniors had told dat it wud b d place u wud enjoy d most!!!n dat was damn true mann!!yup…heaven ws der @ once..after a fresh up v started d journey…dis tym ashkara,aswin’s mom n sis wer der wid us… I dunno whether aunty cud enjoy wid her “kotta mates” as she called us..but aswini truly enjoyd wid us…n dat ws a superb xperience…words cud never xpress dat feelin fully!!!n v made our visit durin d rainy season…n dis made d effect double…v wer prompting our chettan to put water on others wen dey approach us..but we too gt bak in d same level!!infact v bathd in dat water…n dat ws a gud feelin,d waterfalls wer d main attraction…v started singing song,amit ws doing pranks…n v wer thinking dat d day wud never end!!it’s such a beautiful feeling!!i knw dat ws dangerous..but v dnt feel d danger wen v r involved…ya datz such a nice place…n romantic too I admit…n dat ws d end of it…v al felt sad dat it ws over…n d only destination s veegaland…n dis s d day wer dissatisfactions came to sum1’s mind…ya d nite @ Punjabi hotel wsn’t so good but v cud feel d intimacy of our batchmates..especially p s,sabari n al…let it b personal..i dnt wanna xpress here…v had to c d fuuny game f our batchmates opposite our bus..yup,v enjoyd it k..no offends..dat ws d nite wen every1 startd 2 suffer frm different problems…everyone wer too weak…
reached veegaland early morning but sum of our batchmates went widout cuming to veegaland… enjoyed d day @ veegaland d max..eventhough avoided many of d landrides..didin miss most of d water rides…enjoyed d maximum…in d end v al wer sad dat everythin came to n end…n d days wud b juz ordinary again..d relaxation v had after d xamz everything over…widout tmc frnds ,widout d hostel,bak to home..eventhou v crave fr home sumtym…nt surely dis tym!!n I left d bus half n hour aftr d journey started…d first to leav d bus…I felt blank again..reached home,had ma bath..off to bed ,saw a dream n off to bathroom…aftereffects!!!2 days I suffered…n again nw in midst of all d boredom…still keep d sweet memory of d 2k10’s day out…dat ws juz a wonderful xperience..u guys made it complete…luv ya tmc…n waiting fr such xperiences again…waiting fr an eventful year ahead!!!!
